Privacy Policy

Maison Aurelle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates themaisonaurelle.com (the “Site”), where we sell leather goods made in Ubrique, Spain. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you place an order, join our email list, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you opt in to SMS), and order details such as size, color, and monogram initials.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners (including Shop Pay, Klarna, and Apple Pay). We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the Site (for example, viewing a product or adding it to a bag).

We use the following third-party tools on the Site:

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and helps us show relevant ads. Meta may associate this data with your Meta account under its own privacy policy. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Meta settings.

Whop analytics — measures visits and actions on the Site (such as page views and add-to-bag events) so we can understand how the Site is used and how our marketing performs.

Shopify — powers our cart and checkout and processes order data under its own privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the Site, such as checkout.

We use the information we collect to:

· Fulfill and deliver orders, including monogramming and shipping
· Process payments, returns, exchanges, and lifetime-repair requests
· Send order confirmations and delivery updates
· Send marketing email and, only if you separately opt in, SMS messages about drops and restocks
· Measure and improve the Site and our advertising
· Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

You can join our email list voluntarily; every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. If you provide your phone number and check the SMS opt-in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Maison Aurelle at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Email marketing is delivered through Klaviyo, our email service provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — Shopify (checkout and order processing), payment providers, shipping carriers, Klaviyo (email), Meta and Whop (analytics and advertising measurement), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics) — and where required by law. Each provider may only use your information to provide its service to us.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email care@maisonaurelle.com and we will respond within the time required by law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty (lifetime-repair), tax, and legal purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access is limited to the people and providers who need it to serve you.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We are based in Spain, and our service providers operate in the EU and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
