What it’s made of
Pebble-grained leather, structured so the bag stands up on its own, even empty. Two rolled top handles, a microfiber lining and four metal feet on the base. The turn-lock and padlock are solid brass with an 18-micron gold finish. A shoulder strap comes with every bag.

Which size should I choose?
The 25, 30 and 35 refer to the width in centimetres across the base. The 25 is the most compact; the 35 offers the most room. Compare the dimensions with a bag you already use. For a particular device or item, email Client Care to confirm fit before ordering.
What comes with the bag?
Every Madrid comes with its shoulder strap, a solid brass padlock with its keys, and a Maison Aurelle dust bag to store it in.
How does it close?
A solid brass turn-lock on the front keeps the top closed. Turn it to open, turn it back to close. There’s no zip. The matching padlock and its keys come with the bag.
Will the color match my screen?
Screens vary, so a shade can look slightly different in person. If the color isn’t what you pictured, you can exchange it for another color within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary. The bag must be unused and undamaged, and returned with its dust bag. Exchange details.
When will my order arrive?

Yes. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be unused and undamaged, and returned with its dust bag. We provide a prepaid return label. Return details.
What if my bag arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email care@themaisonaurelle.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Keep the bag and packaging while we review it. We’ll check your order and explain the next steps before you send anything back.
If we confirm damage on arrival or an incorrect item, we’ll cover the approved correction and any required shipping. Delivery help.
Which payment methods can I use?

How do I care for the leather?
